Delivery & returns

Delivery:

Packages are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of your order. Delivery times vary between two and five days for France, and around ten days for the rest of the world.

Delivery in France: small items (creations, journaling kits, postcards, small washi tapes...) are sent by recorded delivery directly to your home. You'll receive the tracking number at the time of dispatch.

Parcels (boxes and some washi tape) are sent by post (Colissimo).

Shipments by La Poste: you will receive a tracking number when your package is sent.

Shipments abroad: packages are sent by La Poste only, by recorded delivery. You will receive your tracking number by e-mail at the time of dispatch.

For orders outside the European Union, additional customs charges may be added for which "Chapteries" is not responsible.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days (after receipt of the parcel) of purchase in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Opened and used packages cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Without proof of purchase, we will not be able to refund you.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

No claims will be accepted after 14 days after receipt of the parcel.

Sale items and personalized orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The refund will be made within 15 days of the return of the package.
